Returns & Exchanges
Struck by Secondhand does not accept returns, but exchanges are possible as of course, the goal is to provide you with maternity and nursing clothing that fits and serves you!
Exchanges
Clearance items as well as items purchased from the $5 bin (found in-person at the Home Shop) are final sale.
You have 30 days to exchange non-clearance or $5 pieces with your receipt and tags attached. Please make an appointment to visit the home shop within 30 days to ensure your exchange is valid.
Exchanges must be for items of equal or greater value.
Shipping costs are not included. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
Exceptions to the timelines stated in this policy are only made should the shop be closed. In that case, timelines will be adjusted accordingly.
Items must be unworn and in the exact same condition that you received them in or they will not be accepted. Tags must be attached and the condition of the tag should be relatively untouched.
Your item(s) must be returned within this time to be considerate of others who may be in need of that particular piece, as there is usually only one of each item in the shop. Thank you for your understanding!

For Shipped Items
How do I send my item(s) back?
If you opted for shipping, you must contact us to begin the exchange process within 30 days of receiving your product.
You are welcome to re-use the packaging provided or use your own.
You are welcome to bring your item(s) back in person should you prefer, please see “for in person shopping and pick up” above for details.
Please get in touch with Anna via email or social media (message on Instagram or Facebook Messenger) to communicate that your package is in the mail.
Please note, return shipping costs are not covered for your exchange.
Our Promise to You
Struck by Secondhand stands behind the quality of products carried. This small shop is meticulous. Pieces are washed and steamed before having their personal photoshoot for the website. They get their close-up so you can see the quality that’s here in person.
Struck by Secondhand will never purposefully deceive its customers, and promises to disclose noticeable wear and tear in product descriptions as necessary. This shop declares its love of maternity and nursing clothing loudly and proudly, and would never in good conscience sell pieces that are not in excellent, or at least great, condition. However, each and every piece is appreciated and cared for, regardless of the shape it arrives in. Some will be steamed and hung here, others sorted and stored. But if it needs sewing, it will be mended. If it’s got a slight defect, it will wait in the $5 bin before being donated to non-profit partners on your behalf.
Here, clothing is cared for, and that care and love for each garment is extended to you at the time of purchase.
Struck by Secondhand promises excellent quality. Pieces that are clean and ready to be worn and loved again.
